HOTEL POLICIES

Main Street Inn requires one nights deposit to guarantee a reservation. We accept Master Card and Visa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We realize that sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to other prospective guests of Main Street Inn and to avoid unnecessary charges, please abide by the following minimum cancellation notification schedule:

HOME FOOTBALL GAMES: Thirty (30) days written notice prior to arrival date

SPECIAL EVENTS AND WEEKENDS: Fourteen (14) days written notice prior to arrival date

MID-WEEK: Three (3) days written notice prior to arrival date

We will charge one-night per room for cancellations that don’t comply. All reservations are guaranteed after the cancellation notification date, at which time a one-night deposit will be charges to your account. No-Shows and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.

Main Street Inn is not responsible for weather conditions or personal emergencies.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Guests may check-in after 3:00 p.m.. We request checks check out by 11:00 a.m.

GUEST REGISTRATION / OCCUPANCY

All guests staying at Main Street Inn must be registered with the front desk upon arrival.

All room rates are based on double occupancy. Any additional adults / children will be charges according to the published rate schedule.

The maximum occupancy allowed is 4 persons per room.

Unauthorized persons will be charged $50 per person / per night and will be subject to immediate evection. The registered party will be responsible for the penalty charge. Main Street Inn reserves the right to enter and inspect any room upon showing of good cause.

PAYMENT

Credit Card Payment: Upon arrival guest credit card will be authorization will be required for the full amount of the stay.

SMOKING

Main Street Inn is a Non-Smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited during your stay in all guest rooms and public areas. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for those that do not comply.

PARKING

Free covered parking is available for ONE CAR per room either on site or across the street in Kent Square parking garage.
